Responsible Gaming

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At N1bet Casino, we want every visit to our platform to stay fun, controlled and within your means. Gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money or escape personal problems, and we take active steps to make sure our Canadian players keep that perspective. We’ve built a full set of tools directly into your account so you can manage your play, recognize early warning signs and step away whenever you need to.

Recognizing Problem Gambling

Most players enjoy our casino without issue, but for some, gambling can stop being a pastime and start affecting daily life. We encourage you to honestly check in with yourself from time to time and watch for these signs:

  • Spending more time or money on gambling than you originally planned
  • Chasing losses by depositing again after a losing session
  • Borrowing money to fund your play or hiding gambling activity from family
  • Feeling restless, irritable or anxious when you’re not playing
  • Lying about how much you’ve spent or how often you visit our casino
  • Neglecting work, relationships, hobbies or sleep because of gambling
  • Continuing to play despite negative consequences in your life

If you recognize yourself in several of these points, it may be time to use the tools below or speak with a support organization.

Tools Available at Our Casino

We’ve made player protection settings easy to find inside your account dashboard. All of the controls below take effect immediately and apply across desktop and mobile.

Deposit Limits. You can set a maximum amount you’re willing to deposit per day, per week or per month. Once you reach the limit, no further deposits will go through until the period resets. Lowering a limit takes effect right away; raising it includes a cooling-off period before the change becomes active.

Loss Limits. Similar to deposit limits, loss limits cap how much you can lose over a chosen timeframe. When the limit is reached, you won’t be able to wager again until it resets.

Wager Limits. If you’d rather control the total amount staked rather than lost or deposited, wager limits let you cap your bets per day, week or month.

Session Time Limits. You can set a maximum length for each login session. We’ll notify you when your time is nearly up and log you out automatically when the limit is reached.

Reality Checks. Reality checks are pop-up notifications that appear at chosen intervals during play, showing how long you’ve been logged in and your net wins or losses. They’re a simple way to stay aware of your session without leaving the games.

Cooling-Off Period. If you’d like a short break without closing your account, you can choose a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or a custom length. During this time you can’t deposit or wager, but your account stays open and your funds remain available for withdrawal.

Self-Exclusion. If a short break isn’t enough, you can self-exclude for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently. Self-exclusion blocks you from logging in, depositing and receiving marketing communications from us for the chosen period. Self-exclusion cannot be cancelled or shortened once activated.

To activate any of these tools, log in, open your account settings and select the responsible gaming section. If you’d like help applying them, our customer support team can walk you through the process.

Account Closure

If you’d like to close your account permanently for reasons unrelated to problem gambling, you can request closure at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure, subject to standard verification.

Protecting Minors

Our casino is strictly for adults of legal gambling age in their province of residence. We verify the age of every player during registration and again before the first withdrawal. If you share a device with anyone under the legal age, we strongly recommend using parental control software such as Net Nanny, Cyber Patrol or the parental controls built into your operating system to block access to gambling sites. Never leave your account logged in on a shared device and never share your login credentials.

Support Organizations in Canada

If you or someone close to you is struggling with gambling, free and confidential support is available across Canada. Each province also runs its own provincial helpline and counselling service.

  • Responsible Gambling Council
  • Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction
  • GamCare
  • Gamblers Anonymous Canada
  • Problem Gambling Institute of Ontario
  • Centre for Addiction and Mental Health

Help is available 24/7 in both English and French, and most services are free of charge.

Our Staff Training

Every member of our customer support and VIP team is trained to spot signs of problem play in the accounts they handle. If we notice patterns that concern us — sharply rising deposits, long unbroken sessions, repeated requests to cancel withdrawals — we may reach out to check in, suggest our responsible gaming tools or, in serious cases, restrict your account in your interest. We treat these conversations confidentially and without judgement.
