Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of N1bet Casino and form a binding agreement between you and the operator of our platform. By registering an account, depositing funds or placing a wager with us, you confirm that you’ve read, understood and accepted these terms in full. We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version is always available on our website. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Eligibility
To open an account with us, you must:
- Be at least the legal gambling age in your province of residence
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- Not be a resident of a restricted country or province, including Ontario
- Not be an employee of our company, its affiliates or our software providers
- Not be acting on behalf of another person
- Not have previously self-excluded or had an account closed by us
We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to close any account that fails to meet these criteria. Any funds wagered or won on an ineligible account may be forfeited.
Account Registration
You may only hold one account with us. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and balances may be confiscated. When you register, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email and phone number. Providing false information is a breach of these terms.
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out on your account is treated as carried out by you, and we’re not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard your password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact customer support immediately.
Identity Verification (KYC)
We’re required by our licence to verify the identity of every player. Before processing your first withdrawal, you’ll need to submit:
- A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID
- Proof of address dated within the last three months
- Proof of the payment method used to deposit
- Any additional documents we may reasonably request
Verification is usually completed within 72 hours of receiving all required documents. We may request updated documents periodically or as part of ongoing monitoring. We reserve the right to suspend account activity, including withdrawals, until verification is complete.
Deposits
The minimum deposit is C$30 for most fiat payment methods, with lower minimums for selected cryptocurrencies. Deposits are credited to your account as soon as we receive confirmation from your payment provider. We don’t charge deposit fees, but your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.
You must only deposit funds that legally belong to you and were obtained from legitimate sources. We may request proof of source of funds at any time. Deposits made with stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment methods will be reversed, and any resulting winnings forfeited.
Withdrawals
Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times depend on the payment method, as shown in the cashier. Withdrawals are processed within 0 to 24 hours of approval. Funds reach your account based on the speed of your chosen method.
Withdrawals are returned, where possible, to the same payment method used to deposit. If that isn’t possible, we may pay the funds to an alternative method registered in your name. We reserve the right to refuse a withdrawal request if account verification is incomplete, if wagering requirements on active bonuses haven’t been met or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Inactive accounts with a positive balance may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee after 12 months of inactivity, as detailed in the cashier.
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses offered by our casino are subject to specific terms in addition to these general conditions. Unless otherwise stated:
- The default wagering requirement is 50x the bonus amount
- The minimum qualifying deposit is C$30 or currency equivalent
- Bonus funds are non-sticky and cannot be withdrawn until wagering is completed
- Game contributions to wagering vary by game type and are listed in the bonus terms
- Maximum bet while a bonus is active is C$5 per spin or hand
- Bonuses expire 7 days after activation unless stated otherwise
We reserve the right to refuse, withdraw or amend any bonus at our discretion, particularly where we suspect bonus abuse, multiple accounts, collusion or other forms of advantage play. Any winnings derived from bonus abuse will be forfeited.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use our platform honestly and in good faith. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Opening multiple accounts under different names or identities
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
- Using bots, scripts, automated software or external tools to influence game outcomes
- Exploiting bugs, errors or loopholes in our games or platform
- Using a VPN, proxy or other tool to bypass geographical restrictions
- Engaging in chargeback fraud or knowingly disputing legitimate payments
- Money laundering or any activity prohibited by applicable law
Breach of these rules may result in account suspension, balance confiscation, reporting to authorities and a permanent ban from our platform.
Games and Game Outcomes
All game outcomes on our platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators provided by our licensed software partners. Game records held on our servers are the definitive record of all activity, and in the event of any dispute, these records will prevail. We may, at our discretion, remove, suspend or modify any game at any time.
Where a malfunction occurs, any wagers and winnings related to the affected round will be voided. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms will not exceed the amount you’ve deposited with us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We don’t guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure from attack or available at all times. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or part of our services for operational, security or other reasons.
Complaints and Disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact our customer support team first with a clear description of the issue. We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If you’re not satisfied with the outcome, you can escalate the matter to our licensing authority in Curaçao, whose decision will be binding.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao, except where local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants you stronger rights.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced by an enforceable one that most closely reflects the original intent.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or via a notice on your account. The version published on our website is always the current version.
